3 Ways to Help Us Safeguard Your Card Experience
- Get in the habit of monitoring your accounts weekly and contact us immediately if you see any transactions you don’t recognize.
- Traveling? Let us know using Manage Cards or the Secure Message feature in Online Banking, or by calling or visiting a branch.
- Changes in your contact info? Just call, stop by a branch, or submit a change of contact info form in Online Banking or on The Merrimack mobile app.
4 Easy Ways to Stay in Control
It’s your card, and you’re in control of when and how it can be used. Simply click on Manage Cards in the main menu in Online Banking or on The Merrimack mobile app to:
- Set spending limits based on the amount or location.
- Receive real-time alerts based on your card activity.
- Temporarily freeze or unfreeze your card.
- Notify us if you’re heading out of town.
Please note that any card management limits and restrictions you set do not take the place of those issued by the bank. For example, you cannot increase your spending limit above the standard limit for your debit card. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Add Your Card to Your Mobile Wallet

Swap Your Card Info with CardSwap
Many of the online retailers and subscription services you use every day accept Mastercard debit cards. And CardSwap makes it easy to update your card info all in one place. Just log in to Online Banking or The Merrimack mobile app and find CardSwap in the Services menu.
How to Report Your Card Lost or Stolen
If you notice your debit card is missing, please notify us by phone immediately.

If you report your card after hours, please also contact us or visit us during business hours to be issued a replacement card.
