Take Control of Your Debit Card with Manage Cards

Manage Cards is a tool that allows you to control and monitor your Merrimack Debit Card transactions. It’s complimentary and helps you stay informed about your card activity. Access Manage Cards by logging into Online Banking or The Merrimack Mobile App and enrolling your debit card(s):

1. Select the Manage Cards tab from the Menu
2. Click on the card image you wish to enroll
3. Under Card Management, select the Card controls button
4. Click the “I agree to Terms and Conditions” box
5. Choose your method of notification delivery (SMS text or email)
6. Click Enroll Cards

Now that you’re enrolled, manage your card by enabling or disabling it, report it as lost or stolen, set spending controls and manage transaction notifications. Start by logging into Online Banking or The Merrimack Mobile App:

1. Select the Manage Cards tab from the Menu
2. Click on the card image to adjust your card controls and notifications
3. Under Card Management, select the Card controls button
4. Toggle button to enable/disable spending and location-based limits for specific transaction types
5. Choose your method of notification delivery (SMS text or email)
6. Click Submit

Please note: Although Manage Cards allows you to set your own limits and restrictions, you cannot change your settings to override The Merrimack’s existing ones. For example, you cannot give yourself a higher daily spending limit than what already exists for your card.
