Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) is celebrating #NHBanksGiveBack by hosting a food drive throughout October to help fight food insecurity in the community. In partnership with the NH Bankers Association, The Merrimack will be collecting non-perishable foods across its nine branch locations to help restock local food pantries in the bank’s service area.
“We’re proud to join banks across New Hampshire in giving back to the communities we serve,” said Linda Lorden, President of The Merrimack. “Community investment is foundational for us. We’re not just helping to feed individuals and families in need; we’re helping build stronger neighborhoods.”
“Giving back is part of what makes banking in New Hampshire so special. Our banks know their communities, they know the people they serve, and they are proud to be there when help is needed. #NHBanksGiveBack is an opportunity to shine a light on that commitment and the difference it makes across our state,” said Kristy Merrill, President/CEO of NH Bankers.
