Beginning January 7, 2026, personal and business customers can choose to receive their 2025 tax notices electronically through Online Banking. It’s the same secure system you already use for eStatements, and just one more way to make things a little easier.
A Few Things to Know
- To receive 2025 tax documents electronically only, you must update your delivery preferences by January 12, 2026.
- Your electronic tax notices will be available in Online Banking by January 31, 2026.
- Even if you already receive eStatements, you’ll need to opt in separately for electronic tax notices.
How to Sign Up
- Log in to Online Banking or The Merrimack mobile app
- Select Statements & Notices from the Services menu
- Choose Delivery Preferences
- Select Electronic delivery for tax notices
Tip: You may need to scroll to the bottom of the page to see notice preferences.
A Quick Note About an Updated Agreement
The next time you access your eStatements, you’ll see a prompt to acknowledge an updated agreement related to electronic tax notices.
- Acknowledging the agreement lets you to manage this delivery option.
- If you choose not to acknowledge it, you’ll still receive your eStatements, but you’ll see the reminder each time you visit that section of Online Banking
