Julie Bushaw has been promoted to Retail Sales & Service Staff Development Officer for Merrimack County Savings Bank (the Merrimack). In this role, she oversees teller and platform training, and leads supportive staff to meet performance objectives for all of the Merrimack’s retail branches. This is a new role that was created to ensure the organization continues to offer the best service available to banking customers as it grows.
“Julie has an innate understanding of the Bank’s approach to service,” said Mary Lynne Rahlson, Senior Vice President, Senior Retail Banking Officer. “She is beloved among employees, and is highly attuned to the needs of our customers. Her work with the staff in our branch offices has been outstanding, and I’m thrilled to promote her.”
Bushaw joined the Merrimack in 2011 as Retail Development & Operations Coordinator, and was quickly promoted to Retail Sales and Staff Development Officer in 2015. Bushaw joined the Merrimack with 16 years of banking experience in branch operations, management and sales.
Bushaw is a member of the board for InTown Concord. She currently leads one of the Merrimack’s volunteer teams at the Friendly Kitchen, and has participated annually for the Granite State Independent Living Wheelchair Basketball Tournament. She was member of Leadership Academy at New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp, Class of 2017, and was also part of the 2018 class for Leadership Greater Concord.
